"A group of steel workers want to be paid for for the time they spend putting on and taking off protective clothing each day. But the Fair Labor Standards Act doesn't require employers to pay employees for time spent 'changing clothes.' Justices are now being asked define exactly what 'changing clothes' means."

I know these posts are supposed to require some effort, but I'm really not feeling it today, so this is as good as it's gonna get here on this blog today. I do find this article interesting and a bit funny. Why hasn't this been brought up before? If the court sides with the steel workers in this case, it could bring up all sorts of issues, which makes me think the court won't side in favor of the steel workers at all. What do you think?
